It is good to know that the young and successful directors like Krish (Jagarlamudi Radhkrishna) are also very well read. He made the beautiful film 'Gamyam' with Sharawanand, Kamalini Mukherjee and Allari Naresh in the lead roles. Gamyam is without doubt one of the best films to have hit the screens in 2008. He is now the most courted director in Tollywood after Puri and Rajamouli. The impression becomes stronger if he can make a success with big star as well. Krish made Gamyam after being inspired with the 1974 released book 'Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance'. He is a voracious reader and has read most of the international best sellers that have hit the book shelves in the last 30 years. Krish also keeps updating himself with spiritual books like 'Many Lives Many Masters', 'Same Soul Many Bodies'. He keeps on gulping Robin Sharma's and Chetan Bhagat's works as well. Just mention the title of any best seller, Krish will produce the gist of it in nutshell. The hunger for knowledge and desire to swallow the best selling literature is seen in him in big way.
There are very few film makers who are voracious readers in Krish's standards, say film sources. He is also very much knowledgeable about films and talks extensively about the flicks like 'Fiddler on the Roof, 'In the Mood of Love', 'Red', White', Blue' etc.
