'It's Difficult to Work with Chiranjeevi'

Many aspiring men those are wishing to step into Chiranjeevi's party are expressing this opinion. Whoever wishes to join Chiranjeevi's party will be called to Geeta Arts Office. Allu Aravind keeps them waiting and meets them after 2 and half hours from the stipulated time of appointment. Even the tea or coffee is not being served for them as per their saying. The aspirants are feeling, "If this is the treatment much before joining the party-it would certainly be difficult getting along in future".
"Allu Aravind considers it as walk in interviews in a company. His treatment with aspirants is something like that. He doesn't know ABCD of political field. Chiranjeevi is very open with people, fans and well wishers. He loves meeting them in time and talking to them with personal touch. But Allu Aravind is an odd man in the group. He has to learn a lot to be successful in political career. He has proven as successful business man but his social skills are to be improved. Aspiring people those are wishing to join Chiranjeevi are not Toms, Dicks and Harrys. They are with people, money and drive behind them. Aravind should know how to treat them", expressed a dejected aspirant in anonymity.
"Aravind is selling himself with the image of Chiranjeevi. He has to mend his ways in more friendly way. Otherwise he will hardly find men with brains in his party down the line. Shrewd men cannot sustain in such a treatment. Only boot lickers may continue with him", says another.
So Chiranjeevi, if really wishes to be a successful politician, he may need to check what is happening around him and how the issues are affecting his image in public. Aspirants are not common fans but elite ones in their communities, areas and groups. They cannot live with mere sycophancy and one side favoritism.
